Was a member of the Financial Executives International Committee on Finance and Information Technology. One of our members, Taylor Hawes (Microsoft) got the committee involved in XBRL. We advised the SEC on their XBRL project. I later invited Talyor and the President of XBRL International to speak the Los Angeles chapter of FEI in well attended meetings.
