Forming XBRL Jurisdiction

Are there any body in this group who attend forming a new jurisdiction and developing taqs for national accounting standards ? What is the best starting point for a country xbrl.

Hi Mr. Hakan,
In Colombia (South America) we are fulfilling the requirements to create a solid new XBRL jurisdiction. One of the opportunities was to start as a chapter of XBRL Spain, as it is allowed and recognized by XBRL Internarnational.
The Public National Accountancy Organization (http://www.contaduria.gov.co/) is developing a project with XBRL for our National accounting Standards, because we still don't use full international standards.
